Minnesota's three Honey Baked Ham Co. stores have traded hands ahead of the holidays. The Davis Restaurant Group, Inc., based in North Carolina, acquired the Honey Baked Ham stores in Burnsville, Minnetonka and Roseville in October. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed. The Davis Restaurant Group is Honey Baked Ham's largest franchise group, with five stores in North Carolina, two stores in South Carolina, two stores in Maryland, one store in Virginia and the three stores that it recently bought in Minnesota.
