Let's start off with...The guy saved my life. I came in with sleep issues that were anger related. I was getting 3-4 hours of sleep a night. It had been going on for months. The doctor wanted to put me on Ambien. One session with a follow-up and the problem was solved. I sleep like a baby. The anger is gone. If I feel anger building, it's like viewing it from the outside. It can be short circuited quickly. I have been given tools to end the "hamster wheel" if I wake at 2 AM. Oh, and just for fun he shaved 15 lbs. off me. It hasn't come back. The guy's a genius!
