If I could give negative 10 stars, I would. VERY displeased with the quality of these items. My husband got me various items as gifts. Within two days, I lost the one snap all together, one of the others (owl) lost a stone, and the one bracelet was way too big for my wrist. I can't believe these items cost as much as they do for being so poor quality. I will NOT purchase from here, nor will I recommend to anybody. Don't waste your money

Ordered sandals and two different snaps paid over 80$ For all. The day after I got the sandals I wore them for the first time. While showing my mom how the snaps worked the snap and entire snap holder pulled right off. Talked to consultant and she said she would take care of things. She requested a picture of the shoes. Picture was sent. One week later messaged to follow up with no respond another week or so after sent question mark to remind her of the message. Then 2-3 weeks after that messaged that I was going to call the company she said the new sandals were supposedly already shipped I told her they were never recieved and asked when they were sent she then just asked if I wanted a refund and I agree I had to ship the product back 20$ for shipping and the situation was never handled properly I do not believe they refund the shipping from the original costs so if that's true 30$ in the hole for something that should have been handled over a month ago. Frustrated and when u spend that kind of money I expect better quality and better customer care.
